Hey everyone! I've been working on my fitness program, but I feel a bit lost. Can you help me understand how to improve it and which means I should use? Right now, I do a mix of cardio and some basic strength training. I go to the gym a few times a week, but I'm not sure if I'm targeting the right areas or if I should be doing something different.
